Immediate Deposit Required! To secure space for you on the basic tour and optional cruise, a $500 deposit must accompany your registration. An additional $750 is due on June 30, 2008. Balance due by September 15, 2008 (Unless you use the early-bird discount per above).

Optional Excursions. Please note that these are first come, first served!  They are based on a minimum of 30 paying passengers; otherwise a small group supplement may apply, or the excursion may be cancelled.

Credit Card Payments.  You may register and pay the deposit of $500 by credit card at our secure Website: www.medicalmusical.org, click on “Beautiful Balkans”.  The website accepts a maximum of $500.  An additional charge of 3% ($15) will be added to cover the credit card transaction fee (Total: $515).  Pay balance by check to VA-NMMG, 1627 Preston Road, Alexandria, VA 22302

To qualify for the EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT, your registration form and deposit must be received by May 3 or earlier.

IMPORTANT REMINDER - VA-NMMG 2008 MEMBERSHIP DUES OF $75 MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE TOUR. IF NOT PAID YET, PLEASE ENCLOSE A SPEARATE CHECK FOR $75.


CANCELLATION POLICY:  Full refund minus a $100.00 fee for cancellations received in writing up to 91 days prior to departure (August 4, 2007). After that date, additional cancellation fees must be assessed as follows:
